After the filter is replaced, the engine should be turned on for 10 minutes, and the lubricating oil must be replaced at the same time when the oil filter is replaced; ③ the diesel filter must be replaced after the running in period, and then every 500 hours or half a year. (4) coolant filter: it must be replaced if it is used for 200 hours or three months for the first time. It will be replaced every 500 hours or once a year.

2、潤滑油的更換：磨合期過后必須更換，以后每500小時或每半年更換一次。更換機(jī)油時不同品牌、不同型號的機(jī)油不得混合使用。更換潤滑油時必須更換機(jī)油濾清器。

4、每日例行或開機(jī)前檢查事項：檢查并排除漏油、漏水、漏氣的三漏現(xiàn)象，擦拭發(fā)電機(jī)組表面，保持柴油機(jī)外觀及環(huán)境整潔;保持機(jī)組整機(jī)清潔度。防止積存水質(zhì)，鐵質(zhì)和雜物；檢查燃油箱油位。保證機(jī)組的應(yīng)急供電;檢查機(jī)油液面高度，是否有不正常增高或下降，并查明原因，不足時及時添加；檢查水箱水位；檢查電池電壓，注意加蒸餾水；檢查各保護(hù)罩的松動情況及各連接部件螺絲、螺母緊固；進(jìn)入冬季應(yīng)注意保溫，并在水箱內(nèi)注入足夠防凍液。

4. Daily routine or pre startup inspection items: check and eliminate the three leakage phenomena of oil leakage, water leakage and air leakage, wipe the surface of the generator set, keep the appearance and environment of the diesel engine clean and tidy, and keep the whole unit clean. Prevent the accumulation of water, iron and debris; check the fuel tank level. Ensure the emergency power supply of the unit; check the oil level, whether there is abnormal increase or decrease, and find out the reasons, and add it in time when it is insufficient; check the water level of the water tank; check the battery voltage, pay attention to adding distilled water; check the looseness of the protective cover and the fastening of the screws and nuts of the connecting parts; pay attention to heat preservation in winter, and inject enough antifreeze into the water tank.

5、沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組運(yùn)行測試保養(yǎng)：L燃料箱需每星期徹底清理一次，以防止積存水質(zhì)，鐵質(zhì)和雜質(zhì)；對于備用沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組，每周啟動一次試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)操作，檢視儀表盤指示燈，空載運(yùn)行5分鐘，每半個月帶適量負(fù)載運(yùn)行15-30分鐘；水箱皮帶之松緊度每周檢查一次，如有磨損，應(yīng)更換。

5. Operation test and maintenance of biogas generator set: l fuel tank shall be cleaned thoroughly once a week to prevent water quality, iron and impurities from accumulating; for standby biogas generator set, start test operation once a week, check indicator light of instrument panel, run no-load for 5 minutes, and run with appropriate load for 15-30 minutes every half a month; tightness of water tank belt shall be checked once a week, if there is any wear If it is damaged, it should be replaced.
