排除方法：對高壓油泵上部4個汽缸的高壓油管逐個進(jìn)行斷油試驗，結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)第三缸斷開后排藍(lán)煙現(xiàn)象消失。停機(jī)后，拆卸第三缸噴油器，對噴油器進(jìn)行噴油壓力試驗，結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)第三缸噴油嘴偶件發(fā)生滴油現(xiàn)象且量很少。

Troubleshooting: the high-pressure oil pipes of the upper four cylinders of the high-pressure oil pump were cut off one by one, and the results showed that the blue smoke disappeared after the third cylinder was cut off. After shutdown, the third cylinder injector was disassembled and the injection pressure test was carried out. The results showed that the third cylinder injector had little oil dripping.

2、發(fā)電機(jī)組各汽缸工作不良，導(dǎo)致各缸壓縮壓力不同。

3、調(diào)速器內(nèi)部調(diào)速彈簧彈力減弱，使調(diào)速性能發(fā)生變化。

排除方法：起動柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組后使轉(zhuǎn)速提高到1000r/min左右，觀察轉(zhuǎn)速是不是有所穩(wěn)定，但聽到發(fā)電機(jī)組轉(zhuǎn)動的聲音還是不穩(wěn)定，故障未被排除。

Troubleshooting: after starting the diesel generator set, increase the speed to about 1000r / min, observe whether the speed is stable, but hear the sound of the generator set rotating is not stable, the fault has not been eliminated.
