由于沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)組是一個(gè)高能耗的機(jī)器，用戶在使用時(shí)肯定要考慮它的燃油消耗問題。許多用戶可能都認(rèn)為發(fā)電機(jī)組的水溫越低越好，轉(zhuǎn)速越低越省油。其實(shí)這都是錯(cuò)誤的認(rèn)識(shí)。

沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)的水溫使用要求有明確規(guī)定，但一些操作人員卻喜歡把出水溫度調(diào)得很低，有的接近出水溫度的下限值，有的還不到下限值。他們認(rèn)為水溫低，水泵中不會(huì)出現(xiàn)氣蝕現(xiàn)象，冷卻水(液)就不會(huì)中斷，使用中有保險(xiǎn)系數(shù)。

The water temperature requirements of biogas generator are clearly specified, but some operators like to adjust the outlet water temperature very low. Some are close to the lower limit of the outlet water temperature, and some are less than the lower limit. They believe that if the water temperature is low, cavitation will not occur in the water pump, the cooling water (liquid) will not be interrupted, and there is an insurance factor in use.

其實(shí)水溫只要不超過95℃就不會(huì)發(fā)生氣蝕，冷卻水(液)也不會(huì)中斷。相反，如果水溫過低，對(duì)沼氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的工作有害。一是溫度低，氣缸內(nèi)沼氣燃燒條件惡化，燃料霧化不良，著火后燃期增長(zhǎng)，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)工作易粗暴，加劇曲軸軸承、活塞環(huán)等零部件的損壞，功率降低，經(jīng)濟(jì)性降低。

On the contrary, if the water temperature is too low, it is harmful to the operation of the biogas engine. First, the temperature is low, the combustion conditions of biogas in the cylinder are deteriorated, the fuel atomization is poor, the combustion period after ignition is increased, the engine is easy to work rough, which aggravates the damage of crankshaft bearings, piston rings and other parts, reduces the power and reduces the economy.

Third, the biogas from combustion may dilute the engine oil and deteriorate the lubrication. Fourth, the fuel combustion is not complete and the gum is formed, so that the piston ring is stuck in the piston ring groove, the valve is stuck, and the pressure in the cylinder is reduced at the end of compression. Fifth, the water temperature is too low, the oil temperature is also low, the oil is thickened, the fluidity is poor, and the oil pump pump has less oil, resulting in insufficient oil supply for the generator set. In addition, the crankshaft bearing clearance is small, and the lubrication is poor.

許多操作員不愿沼氣發(fā)電機(jī)在使用轉(zhuǎn)速下工作，他們認(rèn)為發(fā)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速低些不會(huì)出故障。其實(shí)，過低的轉(zhuǎn)速也會(huì)帶來一些不良后果：

Many operators do not want the biogas generator to work at the operating speed. They think that the generator will not fail if the speed is lower. In fact, too low rotational speed will also bring some adverse consequences:

一是過低的轉(zhuǎn)速會(huì)減少沼氣機(jī)的輸出功率，降低其動(dòng)力性；

First, too low rotational speed will reduce the output power of the biogas machine and reduce its power performance;

二是過低的轉(zhuǎn)速會(huì)導(dǎo)致各部件工作轉(zhuǎn)速下降，將惡化部件的工作性能，降低機(jī)油泵的輸出壓力等；

三是降低了沼氣機(jī)的儲(chǔ)備功率，使本來應(yīng)處于正常工作的沼氣機(jī)處于滿負(fù)荷或超負(fù)荷工作狀態(tài)；

四是轉(zhuǎn)速過低使聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)工作機(jī)械的轉(zhuǎn)速也降低，就會(huì)降低工作的機(jī)械性能，如降低水泵的出水量，減少水泵的揚(yáng)程等。

Fourth, if the rotation speed is too low, the rotation speed of the working machinery of the linkage mechanism will also be reduced, which will reduce the mechanical performance of the work, such as reducing the water output of the water pump and reducing the lift of the water pump.
