發(fā)電機(jī)組氣門(mén)漏氣的原因介紹

During our observation, when starting, we hear a "hissing" sound of airflow inside the intake and exhaust pipes, which indicates that there is air leakage in the intake and exhaust valves. In fact, the reasons for air leakage in the intake and exhaust valves are: improper adjustment of valve clearance or too small valve clearance. If the pressure reducing valve is adjusted too tightly, it will cause the valve to close loosely and leak air. After troubleshooting this issue, it is necessary to inspect the valve leakage and other components. 供油提前角不準(zhǔn)確。調(diào)整時(shí)松開(kāi)噴油泵上三只固定螺母,適當(dāng)調(diào)整噴油泵的裝配角度,供油時(shí)間過(guò)遲將噴油泵上部往機(jī)體方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),供油時(shí)間過(guò)早將油泵上部向外轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。若是轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)到極限仍不能調(diào)準(zhǔn)供油時(shí)間,則齒輪裝配上有錯(cuò)誤。
